Isaac Miller Hubbard was a Wells Fargo Agent from 1857-1860. After that it was owned by L.A. Upson of the sporting goods company Kimball Upson (which later became the owners of KFBK, Sacramento's first AM radio station). I believe the archive picture was taken around 1936. Note the great cars out front.

This house sits across from the Van Voorhies house and was built around the same time period. Since the house is not on the National register, there isn't a lot of easily accessible information on its history. Although I do see from this web page that the offices are/were for lease. Oh and I did enjoy the little owl that sits over the front porch.
